Amy Vaughan

CEO / Managing Director, Together Digital / The Marketer Collaborative

I’m a builder of brands, leaders, and communities — with a healthy rebel streak and a deep belief that how we work matters just as much as what we create. With 15+ years of enterprise creative leadership, I’ve led award-winning campaigns for global brands like Ford, P&G, Walmart, Humana, and Gillette, blending strategic clarity with bold creative execution. My work lives at the intersection of purpose, performance, and people — pushing boundaries while delivering real results. Today, my work is focused on something even bigger: creating environments where people thrive. As CEO of Together Digital, I lead a national platform empowering 500+ women in digital and tech through strategic networking, mentorship, and an ask-and-give community model designed to drive real career outcomes — raises, promotions, and access to opportunity. As Managing Director of The Marketer Collaborative, I’m building a physical space rooted in the belief that community fuels momentum. It’s a coworking and event environment intentionally designed for marketers, creatives, and business builders who want more than a desk — they want connection, inspiration, and room to grow.

Founders obsess over followers, impressions, and content calendars — and wonder why growth feels like shouting into the void. The problem isn't your strategy. It's your mental model. An audience is a crowd. A community is a competitive moat. Amy Vaughan has spent 15+ years building both — from enterprise campaigns for Ford and P&G to a national digital community of 500+ women to a physical coworking space designed around belonging, not square footage. She's here to show founders exactly where the audience-first playbook breaks down, and what to build instead.
