Barbara Hauser has spent her career strengthening the fabric of Cincinnati’s arts and nonprofit community. After 18 years at Procter & Gamble—including 14 as Community Relations Manager—she led regional giving, sponsorships, nonprofit partnerships, and D&I engagement, ensuring P&G’s community investments reflected the city’s diverse voices.
Her roots in the arts run deep. Barbara previously served as director of marketing for Cincinnati Ballet, director of communications for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, and a PR account manager at the Powers Agency. Today, she continues to shape the cultural landscape through her work on the 1001 Colors Board and the ArtsWave 100 Anniversary Committee.
Barbara is driven by the belief that art should be accessible to everyone. She founded The Red Door Project, a pop‑up gallery that elevates local artists and celebrates creativity across the community.
