Casey Sprague is the Founder and CEO of SpectC Technologies Inc, a Cincinnati-area startup building an Execution Intelligence platform that helps organizations turn strategy into measurable execution. SpectC gives leaders greater visibility into project health, risk, priorities, and performance so teams can identify problems earlier and make better decisions faster.
Casey brings more than 15 years of experience across technology, aerospace and defense, SaaS, project and program management, and organizational leadership. A retired U.S. Army Major, PMP, CSM, and Georgetown University graduate, he has built his career around solving complex execution challenges and helping teams move from planning to results.
He is also the owner of Constructive Curiosity, a project management, training, and advisory firm, and is passionate about building companies, developing people, and contributing to Cincinnati’s growing startup ecosystem.
