Katie Thompson

Sr. Analyst/Program Manager, Gotara

Katie Thompson is a Sr. Analyst and Program Manager at Gotara, an operator-led consulting firm that helps companies grow through business transformation, M&A integration, exit readiness, and scaling the leaders behind the work. Katie partners with Gotara's operators to lead the client work. In addition, she also focuses on the marketing and outreach side—sharpening how the firm shows up in the market, telling the stories behind its impact, and opening doors with the leaders and companies who could benefit from it.

She joined Gotara as a senior-year intern at Miami University and has grown alongside the company ever since. Today, her work spans everything from digital marketing strategy and content to AEO/SEO, outreach, events, and project management. She enjoys being in the middle of a growing company, figuring out how to turn ideas into something tangible, useful, and ultimately tied to business results. She has represented Gotara at conferences and customer meetings.
