Mary Mason Boaz is an executive coach and talent strategist who helps leaders build organizations where both people and performance thrive. With nearly two decades of experience spanning education, nonprofits, and high-growth organizations, she has led talent strategy, executive team development, and organizational growth through periods of rapid change. As a former Chief People and Program Officer and current executive coach, Mary Mason works with founders and senior leaders to navigate the leadership challenges that emerge as organizations grow and scale. Her approach combines organizational strategy with human behavior, helping leaders recognize the patterns that drive sustainable growth, not just short-term success. Mary Mason lives in Lexington with her husband and two young children. She is originally from Richmond, VA but has also called Washington, DC, Brooklyn, NY, and Charlotte, NC home. She is passionate about social justice and loves all things Bravo.
