Sierra Hayden

Sierra Hayden is the founder and CEO of We Outside, a Cincinnati outdoor lifestyle brand headquartered at The Basecamp in Over-the-Rhine. Her path runs through graphic design, fine art, and regenerative agriculture, an unusual mix that shapes how she builds brands, spaces, and community. She started the company on a simple observation, most people never picture themselves outdoors because nobody ever showed them how to start, and built We Outside to be that starting point. What began as community hikes has grown into a full lifestyle ecosystem, events, product, community, all built in Cincinnati for anyone who’s ever felt like they needed permission to be outside.
