Details

The conversation will center on how hypergrowth companies are actively rethinking talent, organizational structure and the way teams operate in the age of AI. The goal is to make this very practical: what each of the panelists is seeing inside their organizations, what they are experimenting with, how roles or teams are changing, and what they think leaders should be preparing for over the next few years. The conversation will consist of experiences across engineering, product/operations and GTM to give the audience a range of perspectives.
