Launch Program Manager, Findlay Market

I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for more than 20 years, with experience spanning restaurant operations, culinary training, workforce development, and food business support. At Findlay Market, I served as the chef and program manager for Mighty Good, a hospitality workforce training program focused on preparing individuals for careers in the food industry. For the past three years, I have focused on supporting startup and growing food businesses at Findlay Market through educational courses, one-on-one advising, and connections to industry professionals and resources. My work combines hands-on restaurant experience with business development and mentorship to help food entrepreneurs build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
