Scott Edsall

Food Innovation Incubator Manager, Findlay Kitchen

Scott Edsall has been with the Corporation for Findlay Market for three years, most recently as the Findlay Market Incubator Manager. During his tenure he has worked on the buildout of the Findlay Launch storefronts and incubated multiple businesses out of the Findlay Kitchen, most notably Soul Secrets and The Empanada’s Box. Scott also led the restoration of a 1970s deck oven, allowing new bakeries to start in the Kitchen. Scott has over 20 years of experience starting and operating food services in Cincinnati, Nashville and Illinois, with a focus on efficient operations for food businesses “Within one-on-one business mentoring, our goal is to lower the barrier of entry for businesses to start and thrive. We are trying to figure out programs, manuals–anything we can do that explains how to operate a food business, because that doesn’t exist.”
