Get your shop on the ONDC network
ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) does not run its own shopping site. Instead, you join through a seller platform — called a Seller Network Participant — which puts your catalogue on the open network. You register and list once, and your products become visible to shoppers on multiple buyer apps, with more added as the network grows.
Who this is for
Anyone selling offline, online, or both: shopkeepers who want their physical store visible online, producers and manufacturers selling their own products or services, and marketplaces that aggregate other sellers. Through the Grameen Foundation partnership, the network also specifically targets Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), nano/micro/small/medium enterprises (NMSMEs), Self Help Groups, women entrepreneurs, and startups across India; through Common Services Centers, it reaches village-level entrepreneurs in rural India.
- Register once and showcase your products across multiple buyer applications — your business will be visible to everyone.
- Choose any seller network participant and operate your business on your own terms; as new buyer apps join the network, your store can appear on them too, based on your location and chosen pin codes.
- Get timely payments and know your customers the way you know them offline.
- Accept orders 24/7 — customers can buy even when your physical store is closed, and you deliver on your own terms and availability.
- Promote your store with a personalized ONDC Network QR code: print it at your shop or share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook so customers can scan and shop directly from you.
Ways to get on the network
Through a seller marketplace (Marketplace Seller Node)
Sell through an ONDC Network marketplace run by a Seller Network Participant (Marketplace Seller Node). To get connected with one, message "Hi" to ONDC Sahayak at +91-8130935050.
Directly as an Inventory Seller Node (ISN)
If you produce or manufacture and sell your own inventory (products or services), sign up on the ONDC Participant Portal as an Inventory Seller Node.
As a Seller Network Participant (MSN)
If you aggregate sellers and list their products on your own marketplace, sign up on the ONDC Participant Portal as a Marketplace Seller Node and bring your sellers onto the network.
Via a Common Services Center (Grameen e-Store)
CSCs (under MeitY) are integrating with ONDC in two phases. In the second phase, CSC sellers registered on the Grameen e-Store will be able to receive orders via ONDC — aimed at village-level entrepreneurs, with over 4 lakh CSC points across India.
QR-code storefront
Once live, generate your store's shopping QR code at qrmaker.ondc.org. Customers scan it with a QR code scanner or the in-app scanner of ONDC buyer apps (the sources name Paytm and MagicPin) and shop directly from your store.
DigiReady certification first (optional prep)
Get assessed by the Quality Council of India before onboarding. Certified "DigiReady" sellers are shared as verified leads with seller platforms; sellers who don't pass get video-based training to build capacity.
Going live, step by step
- Pick your seller type
Decide how you fit: you sell your own products or services (Inventory Seller Node), you want to sell through an existing ONDC marketplace (via a Marketplace Seller Node), or you aggregate other sellers (become a Marketplace Seller Node yourself).
- Connect with a seller platform
To sell through a marketplace, message "Hi" to ONDC Sahayak at +91-8130935050 and get connected to a Seller Network Participant. ISNs and MSNs sign up directly on the ONDC Participant Portal.
- Register once and list your catalogue
Complete onboarding with your chosen seller platform. One registration makes your products visible across multiple buyer applications, based on your location and the pin codes you choose to serve.
- Get your ONDC Network QR code
Create your store's shopping QR code at qrmaker.ondc.org. Print it at your physical store and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook so existing customers can find and buy from you online.
- Take orders on your terms
Accept orders even when your shop is closed and fulfil them per your availability — for example, orders placed after closing can be dispatched the next day.
- Check your visibility and keep growing
Search for your store by name and pin code in the "Live Sellers on ONDC Network" directory to confirm you're discoverable. As new buyer apps join the network, your store can appear on them too.
Seller platforms named on ondc.org
Grameen e-Store (CSC)
The Common Services Centers' seller platform for rural India; in phase 2 of the CSC–ONDC integration, sellers registered on it will be able to receive ONDC orders. This is the only seller-side platform named on the crawled seller pages — the site directs sellers to its list of Seller Network Participants and to ONDC Sahayak (+91-8130935050) to find one.
